1. Tell us a little bit about your company.

We are a Black Lives Matter store that was started to provide clothing for protesters, allies and activists supporting BLM.

2. When did you start your business and how did you come with the idea?

We started our business after the murder of George Floyd.

3. Where are you located?

The owner of Blmkingdom moved to Montreal, but we ship all over the world.

4. What makes your business special or unique?

What makes our business special and unique is that we don't just sell BLM clothes for profit. We try to support activists by offering them perks, sponsoring them, providing freebies and also using our platform as a voice for Black folks who've been victims of police brutality.

5. What are your 3 favourite products/services?

Our 3 favorite products are Looking out for my Black son shirt, Black Lives Matter knitted woolen hat, as well as Black Lives Matter bead bracelet. These products are favorites of many and are the ones that have been worn by many in our opinion.

6. What has been your biggest challenge as a business owner ?

Our biggest challenge has been facing the haters who've been leaving hate comments and sending us emails stating that BLM is a scam and it shouldn't be supported. To face these haters we just ignore them and it's been working for more than 2 years now.

7. What have you learned about yourself since you started your business?

We learned that sometimes a lot of people are bandwagons and not everyone actually supports BLM, so we only sell to those who legitimately support BLM.

8. Would you do it again?

Yes, we would. It was the best thing ever. We got to meet big activists in the BLM community and we got to help the community at BLM events.

9. What are you working on right now?

We are currently working on adding new clothing and accessories to our store and also updating our section for activists only to be able to support them furthermore.
